 As a group, we can say that i n any educational setting, maintaining appropriate classroom conduct and decorum is essential to creating a positive and conducive learning environment, so classroom conduct refers to the behaviors and attitudes of both teachers and students that contribute to a respectful, engaging, and productive atmosphere. Decorum, on the other hand, refers to the appropriate manners, etiquette, and overall demeanor displayed within the classroom. When adequately addressed and upheld, these aspects benefit everyone involved, fostering effective teaching, active student participation, and overall academic success. Besides, it is essential for creating a sense of ownership and responsibility among students engaging them in the process of establishing and maintaining classroom conduct and decorum, so for the development of this process there are some strategies. Also, it is necessary to see more than decorum in the classroom by student’s own behavior because sometimes unexpected things happen that come from outside the classroom and it is necessary to know how to handle them to maintain good decorum in class.   1- After working on this interesting topic which is called classroom conduct and decorum, I can say that I learned many things for example that classroom decorum is essential in the classroom because it helps to maintain students' focus on the real important point which is studying and learning in an effective way. Also, that is necessary to include all the student applying respect and inclusion that is a good way to demonstrate that the teacher is a good model to follow by them because teachers are also considered a big models in front of students and in the way the teachers act is the same that student will show inside or outside the classroom and this will create a good relationship between students and teachers.  Also, I can say that we as teachers or future teachers must respect and accept student’s opinions, but how a teacher can do that?  1- I can say that this activity was meaningful for me because I could learn many things that I never think before. Now that we are going to take the second semester of teaching practice, I am sure that will apply some things about classroom decorum to have good results in class with my students.  I consider is necessary to know how to deal with different levels of students for example working with basic English was nice, but I could hear that other classmates have problems with basic students because their behavior was difficult, and it could happen with advanced English students.
