Strengths: classroom decorum is essential because it has many benefits for students' and teachers' lives. Students can be adapted to society easily because, in life, people have to follow rules in any place. Decorum and conduct start at home with your parents, and in school teachers polish them to concrete student values and to be accepted in any environment. When people have objectives, they will be well- conduct and decorum in classes because they want to learn and dream of obtaining more knowledge, but sometimes teenagers tend to be arrogant and make bad decisions. Teachers benefit when the students follow the rules because the class is more interactive and the learning is successful when students are able to develop the learning skills. We cannot forget about the example teachers are for students, and they also have to follow rules in a school, and how it is supposed that students follow rules if the teacher does not even follow them. Teachers have to take into account students' opinions when they are giving the rule to be emphatic with them, this way makes students follow the rules easily. Each student has a unique profile of strengths with some strengths being more developed and others less. So, regardless of how they compare to other students.
