FORMATIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT THE ACTIVITY

 1-I can say that this activity was meaningful for me because I could learn many things that I never think before. I am sure that all the information about the topic of classroom decorum will be useful for me not only now but also in the future as a teacher. Now that we are going to take the second semester of teaching practice, I am sure that will apply some things about classroom decorum to have good results in class with my students.  I consider is necessary to know how to deal with different levels of students for example working with basic English was nice, but I could hear that other classmates have problems with basic students because their behavior was difficult, and it could happen with advanced English students. So, we need to be prepared to face that situation at any time. For that reason, classroom conduct and decorum helped me a lot to understand better students.  (Guadalupe Jeamileth Arias Caballero)

2-I can say that this activity has helped me a lot o understand the way in which I have dealt with students. As a future teacher is important for me to understand that every student is a world and help them in the best possible way, of course, if I provide them feedback or teach certain information or topic it has to be in a smooth way to not be rude with them and in this way, it will be a great environment and they will have the freedom and the confidence to ask the question and participate in speaking activities, or others. Moreover,  I can say that I have to pay attention to the way students act and their behavior since in this way I can create a good environment in the classroom. When it comes to the behavior of the students, I know that interactive classes should be created so that they can learn and not open up to the class, so from the information provided we can highlight many points that do not help to understand the students and have excellent classes with remarkable student learning. 3-This kind of activity helps students to grow academically and professionally because they have to work in groups and organize everything in a certain amount of time, and that makes them get closer to work life. Students have to read the information two, three, or more times to answer and make their analysis, and the topic is clear in their minds. This blog makes us be aware of the actual world of technology in teaching, and we can use different platforms to develop a topic. As a personal option, I can say that even if you have problems with the team, you can learn how to solve them and continue working together without breaking the good atmosphere. 4-At first, I thought it was a complicated activity because of the material I had to do. But after having read the document, we divided the work with my classmates and assigned the parts that each had to do. In my point of view, I learned about a subject on which I believe it is essential to put it into practice. If we talk about behavior in the classroom there must be rules that students must put into practice. One of the processes that caught my attention was how to involve students to participate in classes. In many cases, students do not participate in the activities carried out by the teacher due to a lack of vocabulary, lack of interest, etc. To finish, I can say that I have learned how students should behave in the classroom and how to develop an interesting class towards different academic levels. 5-The behavior and decorum blog talks about how to help students have good behavior in class. In addition, the following points can be highlighted:

-This blog provides ways to manage, control, and strategize student behavior and decorum in the classroom.

-It helps each teacher to take into account different key points of participation and its relationship to the life of students.

-On the other hand, it also highlights the attitude that a teaching professional should not be carried out in order to carry out an integral and respectful class. (Norma Alicia Miranda Sagastume)

6-I consider that this activity of creating a blog increase our motivation to learn new things and in the same way to implement what we have learned in real life or in my case in my work as a practitioner teacher. Further, this activity helps us how to use new platforms to implement our learning process. Although, it will be easier if there would have been a video of how to use this platform because at the beginning was difficult,but it is an excellent tool. (Alendra Marcela Molina Perez)

7-During this semester I learn a lot of things about learning and how to improve my teaching skills this topic of conduct and decorum is very important in classes because if your students don't follow your directions they won't be able to learn as you want and you won't be able to give classes. (Daniel Antonio Olano Mendez)
