 1-Definitely, classroom conduct and decorum are essential components of any thriving learning atmosphere in the classroom between students and teachers. Effective classroom management techniques are necessary to achieve the most important objective which is to maintain students focused on the task provides in the class. Furthermore, it is necessary to mention that teachers play an important role in establishing and maintaining good classroom decorum and this can be developed by applying clear rules and expectations about them in the class. This is why, teachers need to respond appropriately when students do not develop or respond with bad behavior. It is important to note that effective classroom management goes beyond just addressing behavioral issues. So, focusing on problematic students and their behaviors is a good key because they are the most difficult students to treat and they need more attention to control their attitudes because that behavior can affect the rest of the students in the classroom. For example, if someone is talking, checking the cellphones, or eating you just need to see them directly and they are going to feel the effective filter and they will stop doing other things. 2-The strategies and tips shown in the document are very effective to be able to use them easily in the classroom and have a successful class by avoiding any inconvenience. Let me tell you that it is important for me to learn about this subject because applying types such as having empathy and understanding, the learning style of each one, and also being empathetic helps us to have a better atmosphere in the classroom. 3-We as teachers know it is important to follow rules not only in the classroom but also in society. Since we are managers of teaching students about conduct and decorum in the classroom, we should start by following the rules. Sometimes it is difficult to treat students that have some bad conduct that come from their homes, but this information helped how to maintain the environment of the classroom, which is really important in EFL learning because the students have to be motivated and concentrate on learning since a new language learning is not an easy job. 4-One of the ways I consider important is how I can teach students through my knowledge. I believe that the behavior of students inside the classroom should be appropriate and always maintain with respect. In this way, my skills are put into practice to be a future teacher in the area of English or another subject. One of the important keys is to know how to maintain communication with the student in the classroom. Another skill I have developed is knowing how to use technological tools to develop them online or in the classroom. In this way, I am sharing my knowledge, my skills and learning every day. 6-This information about classroom conduct and decorum empowered my teaching skills because as a practitioner teacher, I had a lot of mistakes in my past classes; for example, I did not implement these strategies like create some rules at the beginning of the class, and with this information, I know that is better to be firm at the beginning and later relax the policies that I imposed because students are more civil when teachers give them the opportunity to create their own rules in class. On the other hand, this information also helped me to understand that as a teacher I need to be responsible, and I need to prepare my classes before teaching. I need to have good interaction with my students because inadequate preparation in my classes will affect my student's develop good classroom conduct, and it will affect them in their learning process.
