SELF-ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION OF YOUR LEARNING

 1-After working on this interesting topic which is called classroom conduct and decorum, I can say that I learned many things for example that classroom decorum is essential in the classroom because it helps to maintain students' focus on the real important point which is studying and learning in an effective way. Also, that is necessary to include all the student applying respect and inclusion that is a good way to demonstrate that the teacher is a good model to follow by them because teachers are also considered a big models in front of students and in the way the teachers act is the same that student will show inside or outside the classroom and this will create a good relationship between students and teachers.  Also, I can say that we as teachers or future teachers must respect and accept student’s opinions, but how a teacher can do that? It is something easy, the teacher can make an activity in which all the students participate and share their thoughts and feelings. So, now I have a better idea of how to deal with different types of students and deal with different situations inside or outside the classroom. 2-Let me tell you that as a student and future teacher, it is important to know strategies and tips to improve my classes since this year I started to do my teaching practices but I can say that I have learned a lot about this information because it is important to apply tips in my classes to improve them. I can say that one that gave my attention was about avoiding problems at the back because this is true. Sometimes students like to be at the back of the classroom to talk with their friends and in this way, the problem is that they do not learn anything so, I know that I have to avoid this problem in my classes and a good strategy for that is to make interactive classes in which they have the confidence to participate and pay attention as well. So let´s say that good learning is the one who leaves this information to not stagnate and continue learning and applying in my classes so that my students can learn in the best possible way.(Jennifer Beatriz Quezada Vanegas)

3-During this process, I have learned a lot of things and how to be a better teacher, and this topic was really relevant for me because I always was a student who couldn’t block the affective flitter in classes making me a non-participative learner in the class, I always respect my teachers but sometimes I can say that I distract my classmate with fears and shy attitude. I want to be the teacher I couldn’t have for my future students and to implement them in society, for that reason I consider this topic interesting since some of the benefits are that they will have the strongest objectives and dreams that will make them be focused on learning. (Alejandra Migdalia Ruiz Barrera)

4-I can say that I have learned during this process the importance of how to apply my knowledge for future classes that I will develop. That is to say, establish the correct standards with harmonious and cooperative learning. In addition, classroom, behavior, and decorum are integral to the motivation of students. As a future teacher, I must implement appropriate strategies for good teaching. One of the aspects that I would like to implement or put into practice as a teacher would be the positive reinforcement and recognition of my student's behavior so that they serve as role models for other generations. 5-Personally, the topic developed on conduct and decorum in the class has helped me to know how to maintain and manage good conduct in my classroom, providing me with adequate strategies to maintain respect and empathy towards my students. In addition, the topic has shown me the importance of involving my students in decision-making in the classroom as this creates responsibility in them. not forgetting the objective of the topic, which is to train good students and good people in society. (Norma Alicia Miranda Sagastume)

6-Classroom conduct and decorum helped me to achieve good success in the learning of this topic because before reading this process of how to create a positive and effective learning environment, so as a teacher I was with a lot of weaknesses because I had a lot of problems about how to be firm with my students, and the information gave me a lot of strategies that will help me how to manage the classroom environment in my next classes. Also, I will implement the strategies of defining and distributing policies and set a good example. Classroom conduct also explains some points in the learning process in times of crisis, so as a teacher, I need to recognize when a student may need extra support on any topic in class.
