  1- After working on this interesting topic which is called classroom conduct and decorum, I can say that I learned many things for example that classroom decorum is essential in the classroom because it helps to maintain students' focus on the real important point which is studying and learning in an effective way. Also, that is necessary to include all the student applying respect and inclusion that is a good way to demonstrate that the teacher is a good model to follow by them because teachers are also considered a big models in front of students and in the way the teachers act is the same that student will show inside or outside the classroom and this will create a good relationship between students and teachers.  Also, I can say that we as teachers or future teachers must respect and accept student’s opinions, but how a teacher can do that?   1- Definitely, classroom conduct and decorum are essential components of any thriving learning atmosphere in the classroom between students and teachers. Effective classroom management techniques are necessary to achieve the most important objective which is to maintain students focused on the task provides in the class. Furthermore, it is necessary to mention that teachers play an important role in establishing and maintaining good classroom decorum and this can be developed by applying clear rules and expectations about them in the class. This is why, teachers need to respond appropriately when students do not develop or respond with bad behavior.
