SUMMARIES

1- In general, people can define classroom conduct and decorum as key points in the classroom to succeed in the best way as possible with students. Classroom conduct and decorum contribute to creating a respectful environment between students and teachers. There exist some significances such as learning focus that consist of maintaining a focused learning environment. Also, it is necessary to include respect not only between students but also between teachers. Moreover, engaging students in the process of learning is vital to maintain good classroom decorum because in this way students will develop responsibility among themselves.  Also, there will exist some difficult students to treat because all students have different behavior, so it is essential to know how to deal with them for example teachers can monitor students to know what is happening with them and then look for them individually and talk in private to make the student feel comfortable to express their opinions and feelings. In brief, consistency and fairness are crucial points in classroom conduct and decorum because in this way students will maintain good conduct using strategies such as clear and communicating expectations to establish clear expectations of the necessary behavior in class.  Also, the application of rules but in a good way without demonstrating trying to command because they can feel attacked and doing reflective practice to share what they think about their own conduct at school. 2-In my personal opinion, I can say that classroom conduct and decorum are so important to create a positive and conducive learning environment in which students can learn a lot by paying attention and having good behavior all the time. Moreover, the significance of classroom conduct and decorum is that students can be focused when they established expectations to achieve some goals in their learning. Is vital to know that each student has to participate so they have to have inclusion in all the activities in the classroom. Furthermore, teachers must minimize distractions to provide a good teaching environment. Another important point is that engaging students in the role of establishing and maintaining classroom conduct and decorum is essential to create responsibility for students' and teachers' actions because when students participate in an active way they learn and apply those things, for this reason, teachers have to have a good classroom management. Adding that, for new teachers can be difficult to maintain the classroom in order because sometimes the problems can be at the back of the classroom so, they must anticipate that to avoid problems and behaviors that are not allowed in the classroom. For this reason, teachers must find strategies and ways to avoid problems and help students. Finally, let me tell you that in teaching every teacher has to take into account learning about classroom conduct and decorum to have excellent classes and share the necessary knowledge and discipline to have a good environment in the classroom. (Jennifer Beatriz Quezada Vanegas)

3-Decorum and conduct in the classroom are essential elements in the teaching environment, for that reason is important our students have rules and to be taught about their behaviors to create a good classroom environment. It is important to know that both teacher and students have to contribute to having a respectful and productive atmosphere, and also it will benefit both, fostering competent teaching, active student participation, and overall academic success. Sometimes incorporating technology in the classroom can be an amazing tool, but have to take into account if our students are prepared to show good conduct and be concentrated on the tasks because if not, productivity will be broken, but in the case what teachers can do to put the order in the classroom is observe the group of students that is making the problem, serape them in different areas in the classroom, also you can make visual contact with them. 4-To begin this introduction, we must know that a study center must be recognized by the area where the teacher will teach the class. It has to be a decent place for the student. However, not only must the classroom be critical, but it must also have rules within the classroom for the student to maintain discipline and respect for other classmates and teachers. The learning area helps keep the student focused, that is to say, there are no distractions that can affect their learning. One of the fundamental aspects is behavior because it ensures that students and teachers can participate in meaningful activities. One of the main strategies in the classroom is that the teacher can create groups for students to participate in class; always taking into account the appropriate behavior of each student. Do not forget that all students can participate in the activities. One of the jobs or roles in the classroom that students must perform can function as a behavior monitor. However, these roles empower students to take an active role in maintaining a positive classroom. One of the most complicated issues in dealing with students is knowing how to teach in times of crisis and tragedies taking into account different factors when teaching the class. Students have different ways of face with situations, and they are all valid. 5-When we talk about decorum and conduct in the classroom, we refer to the behaviors, attitudes, and manners of students and teachers in the classroom which make the class more productive. Therefore, it is important to maintain these aspects in an appropriate and orderly manner within the classroom since there are many disruptive behaviors within the class such as: using the cell phone, public challenges, eating, or bothering when others arrive late to class. Therefore, rules must be created in order to control the aforementioned behaviors. however, the teacher must maintain a balance between discipline and compassion as this will help support students facing different challenges.In addition, when the teacher works on the good behavior of his students within the class, he promotes mutual respect, giving way to emotional and psychological well-being among the students, where students will have the freedom to ask questions and seek clarification on the development of the topics. Therefore, developing order and learning appropriate behaviors within the class will help students develop skills for future jobs. Therefore, in order to create this whole environment of respect and good conduct, it is important to organize general strategies on how to carry out the improvement of student behavior, taking into account attitudes that a teacher should not be. In addition, we must remember that involving students in the process will help create accountability among them, keeping in mind consistency and equity among all students by keeping records of misbehaviors for all students. the management of incivilities since this helps to maintain impartiality within the classroom. In conclusion, good conduct and decorum in the classroom help to have successful learning not only academically but personally in each of the students.(Norma Alicia Miranda Sagastume)

6-Classroom conduct and forum are important elements for creating positive and effective learning between students and teachers. And everyone has an important point of development. For example, classroom conduct refers to the behavior and attitudes of both educators and students. Decorum, however, refers to the appropriate manner, etiquette, and overall demeanor displayed within the classroom. For a good development of classroom conduct and decorum, teachers need to follow general and specific strategies. The general strategies will help teachers organize the classroom and have a good relationship with their students. Also, those strategies will help students be more responsible for their actions. Some aspects of maintaining classroom conduct and decorum are consistency and fairness, so those aspects will be complete with some strategies like reflective practice, clear and communicative expectations and, others.
