EXAMPLE USES FOR SUCCESS

1-As a teacher we need to put objectives to achieve with students to have and enjoy a good classroom decorum, for example, giving ideas of the rules that they will have to follow inside the classroom. In this way, students will feel taken into account and it will be easier for them to follow the rules since they will not see the rules that they created as an order. Also, it is necessary to see more than decorum in the classroom by student’s own behavior because sometimes unexpected things happen that come from outside the classroom and it is necessary to know how to handle them to maintain good decorum in class. These events could be natural disasters, the unexpected death of a student, and many others. So, in my point of view, it is good to approach the problems by being empathic with students as a whole class or even with a specific student, but how I would do that? First is to demonstrate respect to the whole class, then I would like to develop an activity in which they can share their feelings, ideas, or thoughts with the whole class anonymously. They can interchange the piece of paper in which they wrote their feeling for example throwing the paper on the floor and the pick it out. Then they will share pieces of advice and after that, I would like to share some suggestions or bits of advice as well to make feel them comfortable and supported not only by their classmates but also by the teaching that is an important model in the classroom. 2-I can say that it would be excellent to apply some strategies and tips to have success in the classroom. An example of success would be learning about classroom conduct and decorum to take into account the main point to help our students and create expectations ad goals that they can achieve in their learning process. Another example would be to be respectful and polite behavior with our tudents since in this way they will be asking questions without thinking that the teacher is angry. Let say that if teachers do dynamic activities wil be a suscces class since in this way students like to participate. Adding that classroom conduct and dcorum help stablished positive raltionships wuth teachers ans astudents to it is important to use the appropriate weirds to talk with students and make then undersbad to work had and participate in each class to have a good learnin pocess in which students apply their crtical thinking nd their knowlegue in the oractices tahat teacher do in the classroom son in this way we have a succeful class with goos results.(Jennifer Beatriz Quezada Vanegas)

3-When people about conduct in the classroom, they most likely think teachers have to make all of the work; this is more common to see in schools where children are young ages. If we want to be successful as teachers, we have to make our students think critically that we are not the only ones in charge of their conduct and make them follow the rules with which they are going to be in agreement. Making them make groups and think about their bad conduct will always make students reflect and try to change sometime that is bad.(Alejandra Migdalia Ruiz Barrera)

4-One of the examples of being a successful person is knowing how to concentrate in society due to the different factors that surround us nowadays. But teaching students has made me realize how important it is. I mean, it’s not easy, but it’s not impossible. I consider that each teacher keeps a memory of their students because while he teaches, he also learns with them. Nowadays, many teachers love their job because of the way they teach their students. In addition, celebrating the success of your students is very important because it reflects your effort and dedication; as that can be a unique experience inside and outside the classroom with your students. One of the ways in which the teacher can be successful with his students is through technology because nowadays there are different platforms to teach his classes and the student feels motivated to learn with new technological tools, not forgetting that the study plan must be updated for a better school performance towards its students. (Walter Alexis Catillo Hernández)

5-To be successful in the different classes that, as English teachers, are taught, we must take into account several points, for example:

The organization of the class: this point is a key element for successful teaching since the organization helps to be clear about the objectives that we want to achieve in the students. on the other hand, it helps to find activities that are related to the topic that will be taught in the classroom.

Use of didactic and technological resources: it is important as teachers to use the technical materials that are provided to us in each study center, be it smart boards, cannons, computers, or digital presentations. on the other hand, didactic materials are also important to make classes such as posters, drawings, or crafts more emotional and attractive.

Continually grow in your profession: Keeping up with the latest information through online forums, workshops, and professional magazines can make you a better teacher. In addition, this will help to have a greater interest on the part of the students since the classes can become monotonous and the students will get bored and distracted in the classes.(Norma Alicia Miranda Sagastume)

6-Implementing classroom conduct helps teachers to have a good environment in classes. In other words, it establishes an orderly environment for the students, and all the strategies are helpful because they help educators how to have an effective learning process in the classroom. In my point of view, implementing these strategies will help educators to manage the classroom in a way that students are engaged in the process of maintaining good classroom conduct. Besides, these strategies will help teachers to create a sense of ownership and responsibility. Also, it will help them to be firm at the beginning of the class and implement some rules to maintain a good environment and relationship with my students. On the other hand, classroom conduct and decorum explain that there are some behaviors that set a negative tone for students and affect their academic and intellectual development. For example, inadequate preparation for any class, poor in-class interaction, and running overtime will affect the students in their learning process. 7-The use of Classroom conduct and decorum is important to have a healthy environment and maintain a classroom culture of respect for that reason we have different methods or activities that we can develop in the classroom as: 

Clear and communicated expectations, consistent application of rules, documentation, addressing behavior promptly, individualized approach, reflective practice, open communications, collaborative rule creation, class meetings or discussions, student contrasts, peer accountability, classroom jobs or roles, reflection and feedback, positive reinforcement, students-led discussion on conduct topics.
